Shape of the week
Trip structure
A typical mission runs six to ten days in Johannesburg, with an optional Cape Town extension.
Days 1–2
Arrival, orientation, and opening reception
Airport reception, settling in, a country and sector orientation, and a hosted reception with local business counterparts.
Days 3–6
Sector meetings and site visits
Scheduled meetings with company leadership, industry associations, and relevant institutions, paired with site visits chosen for your sector.
Optional
Cape Town extension
An extension for delegations with Western Cape interests — finance, agribusiness, tourism, and renewables in particular.
Final day
Debrief and next steps
A working debrief covering what each meeting produced, who to follow up with, and what we will carry forward on your behalf.
